Kite And Key Electric is a full service electrical contractor providing you solutions for your entire electrical system. But not only do we want to provide you with a list of examples of services we provide, but also what to expect when "Your Electrician" comes to your home or business. We have designed a system so that your experience will always be the same every time you need us or to someone you referred us to. This is what you can expect.

Experience:
When you call, you will always talk to a live person. They will be courteous and listen to your request and write all the important information so that
"Your Electrician" will be prepared to greet you by name, know what your request is, and be prepared. An appointment will be set at your convenience and “Your Electrician” will show up at your door within an hour of that appointment or the assessment fee is waived.

When “Your Electrician” shows up at your door, he will be well groomed in a Kite And Key Electric uniform and will greet you by name. When you invite him in, he will put shoe covers over his boots to make sure he does not bring any dirt in from previous jobs. He will evaluate, or troubleshoot whatever electrical need you have and present you with up to 5 choices on how to accomplish the task. Once you decide, “Your electrician” will begin the work and will do it with drop-cloths and pay attention to detail to ensure your home or business is in the same shape if not better when he leaves. Once he is complete he will thoroughly clean up after himself and present you with the invoice which you can pay by check or one of the 4 major credit cards. After payment “Your Electrician” will double check the area of work and make sure that all tools and mess were picked up and left to your full satisfaction. He will only leave when you are completely satisfied
